健脾益气法治疗慢性肾炎30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾益气法对慢性肾炎的治疗效果。方法:将60例病例随机分成2组,治疗组采用健脾益气法治疗;对照组予肾炎康复片治疗。疗程2个月,比较2组临床疗效,观察中医证候积分、尿蛋白、尿红细胞、24h尿蛋白定量指标前后变化情况。结果:疗程结束后治疗组中医证候积分、尿蛋白、尿血、24h尿蛋白定量下降显著,与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.01);总体临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健脾益气法对慢性肾炎具有改善症状、改善蛋白尿和血尿的作用,无明显不良反应,是治疗慢性肾炎安全有效的中医药疗法。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of chronic nephritis patients with the method of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi of TCM.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the treatment group were treated with the method of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi of TCM while the patients in the control group were treated with Shenyan Kangfu tablets.Two months was a course.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the TCM syndrome score,urine protein,24hurinary protein excretion of urine red blood cells of the patients were determined.Their indicators changed before and after the treatment.Results:The TCM symptom score,urinary protein,hematuria,24hurinary protein excretion of the treatment group was significantly decreased after the treatment,showing significant differences(P<0.01),when compared with the control group.For overall clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The method of strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi of TCM can improve the symptoms of chronic nephritis patients and the role of proteinuria and hematuria,no significant adverse reactions,and is a safe and effective treatment for chronic nephritis patients.
