摘　　要：介绍了采用卫片对土地利用开展执法检查工作的发展、意义及主要工作内容,巧妙利用ArcGIS软件的Arc-ToolBox中的Identity、DissolveI、ntersect三种工具,完成卫片图斑地类情况和规划情况;在ArcMap下进行VBA定制开发,完成图斑用地手续情况的初步核查,并自动完成建档图件的制作,充分利用GIS技术,提高了工作效率。The development of the satellite images of of law enforcement inspection work,the meaning and the main content of the work,clever use of ArcGIS software ArcToolBox of Indentity,Dissolve,Intersect three tools to complete the satellite images of polygons in the situation and planning of the class;under in ArcMap the VBA custom development,to complete the preliminary procedures of verification,and automatic archiving maps production,take advantage of advanced GIS technology,greatly improves working efficiency.
