双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品及米索前列醇在人工流产术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品及米索前列醇在未产妇人工流产中的应用。方法:将32例自愿选择选择双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品及米索前列醇行人工流产的未产妇为观察组,同期54例自愿选择无痛人流的未产妇为对照组。研究两组在镇痛效果,人流不良反应及术后出血的差别。结果:两组镇痛效果,人流综合征发生率无显著差别(P>0.05),而宫颈扩张度,术中出血量,术后阴道流血时间两组有显著差异,研究组明显优于对照组。结论:双氯芬酸钠栓联合阿托品及米索前列醇在人工流产术中有较好的镇痛效果,而不良反应方面优于无痛人流,且费用较无痛人流低。Objective： To observe the Finn acid sodium chloride double bolt joint atropine and misoprostol in women without the application of artificial abortion. Results ： two groups of analgesic effect, poured syndrome incidence no statistically significant difference（ P 〉 0.05 ） , and cervical expansion ratio, peri - operative bleeding and postoperative vaginal bleeding time two groups have significant differences research group was better than control. Conclusion： double Finn sodium chloride bolt joint atropine and misoprostol in abortion intraoperative have better analgesic effect, and better than people without side effects, and charge is painless low flow.
