硬膜外神经阻滞麻醉无痛分娩的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨硬膜外神经阻滞麻醉无痛分娩的效果分析及对分娩方式和母婴健康的影响。方法:将258例初产孕妇随即分为观察组和对照组,观察组139例采用硬膜外神经阻滞麻醉下无痛分娩;对照组146例采用自然分娩,不采取任何阵痛措施。结果:两组比较,镇痛效果、分娩方式有显著差异(P<0.05),两组出现产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫及新生儿窒息情况进行比较,无显著差异。结论:硬膜外阻滞无痛分娩的镇痛效果显著;有效地降低剖宫产率,对母婴的健康无不良影响。Objective：To investigate the efficiency of epidural nerve block in painless labor and its impacts on the health of maternal and child, and on the ratio of C - section. Methods：Two hundred and fifty - eight women were included into this study. Epidural nerve block was used in 139 cases （Treatment group）, and the other 146 women went with natural childbirth without any painkillers （ Control group ）. Results ： There differences were statistically significant between two groups in Analgesic effect and C - section ratio （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, the fetal distress postpartum hemorrhage was comparable between two groups. Conclusion：Epidural nerve block is a efficient way to control the pain in labor, and to reduce the ratio of C - section. In addition, it has no side effects to the mother and child, and its application should be expanded.
