摘　　要：吉林省发展畜牧业的总体方向是优质、特色、安全、高效，具体措施包括：突出特色优势，开发特有精品；扶持和壮大龙头企业；改善牧业生产的基础设施；立足全国占位，突出优势产业；实行人畜分离，开展安全生产；内销战略为主，适时打出国门；适应发展需要，开发牧草产业等。It was pointed that the main way of stockbreeding development in Jilin province including high quality, feature, safety and high efficient. The measure included standing out characteristic advan- tage, developing particular super products, supporting leader corporations, improving base establishment of stockbreeding production, standing out advantage industry based upon position in whole country, separating animal from human and carrying out safe production, the main tactic of selling lay on domestic market, exporting on good occasion, developing forage industry according to the need, etc.
