摘 要:珍珠粟(Pennisetum glaucum)经水杨酸预处理后会增加对寡闻柄锈菌引起的锈病的抗性。通过收集GSE13481芯片数据,对所有基因进行聚类分析及共表达分析,并对差异表达基因进行分析及功能注释,分析了珍珠粟中特异地被SA调控的基因表达情况。结果表明,P.substriata病毒在侵染的过程中可以成功抑制宿主体内SA诱导的防御反应。观察到可能的SA介导的防御关键基因包括HSP70、ALF5、AT1G66100、PPC2、PGK、LOS2、GAPC1、AT4G24690、AT1G54290、AT3G14770、RD22和NPQ4。这些基因在病毒侵染过程中被抑制或者没有被诱导,它们很可能成为病原体在植株中产生毒性效应的可操作的靶标。Pretreatment of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucurn) with salicylic acid (SA) conferred resistance to a virulent isolate of the rust fungus Puccinia substriata. In order to analyze pearl millet genes that are specially regulated in re- sponse to SA, and thus could play a role in resistance to P. substriata, gene expression profiling was performed. One transcription profile of pearl millet GSE13481 was obtained from a public functional genomics data repository GEO. Cluster analysis and co-expression analysis were performed, and GO Terms enrichment was taken to analyze genes that differentially expressed in pearl millet. The results showed that pathogen of P. substriata may successfully suppress en- dogenous SA responses during a compatible interaction. Possible genes that may play a key role in SA-mediated pathway were observed including HSP70, ALFS, ATIG66100, PPC2, PGK, LOS2, GAPCI~ AT4G24690, AT1G54290, AT3G14770,RD22 and NPQ4. These genes were repressed or not induced in response to virulent P. substriata, and may become manipulated targets that led to successful virulence of a pathogen on a plant host.
