摘 要:果实韧皮部卸载主要集中在果肉上,种皮韧皮部卸载仅在核桃上有所报道,而关于种皮不同发育时期组织结构的观察未见报道。通过对桃种皮进行半薄切片和透射电镜处理方式,观察了早、中、晚3个时期桃种皮各层的组织结构、超微结构发育变化情况。对其维管束结构观察,发现SE/CC复合体与韧皮部周围薄壁细胞间胞间连丝发达,可以初步推断桃种皮糖卸载以共质体方式为主。The fruit phloem unloading mainly concentrated in flesh, and the seed capsule phloem unloading was only reported in walnut. The tissue structure about seed capsule at different development stages has not been reported. By semi-thin section and transmission electron microscopy, this paper introduces the structural changes about the different layers of the peach seed capsule, including tissue structure and ultrastrueture, and vascular structure. There were much plasmodesmata between SE/CC complex and the surrounding phloem parenchyma cells. It is considered that symplastic unloading may be the main pathway of the sugar unloading in capsule of peach seed.
