EEG在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病应用中与NBNA评分法之间的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的::研究 EEG 检查与 NBNA 评分法在 HIE 疗效评估中,二者之间是否具有相关性。方法::选取 HIE94 例,临床分为轻、中、重度三组,实行脑部营养疗程法,共进行三个疗程,在治疗前和治疗后的每个疗程结束后均进行 EEG 检查与 NBNA 评分。结果::1、在各个治疗疗程中,随临床病情程度不同,EEG 检查与 NBNA 评分数据的变化出现的结果相吻合; 2、在同一临床分度中,随着治疗疗程的进展不同,EEG 检查与 NBNA 评分数据的变化出现的结果相吻合。结论::EEG 检查与 NBNA 评分法之间存在良好的相关性。Objective curative effect of fatient with HIE To study the correlation between EEG and NBNA in the evaluation of Method： we select 94 patients with HIE, they were divided into mild, moderate, and severe groups. They receive three courses treatment of the cerebral nutrition. Before and after each course treatment, they receive the EEG examination and NBNA. Result： In the course of each treatment, different degree of clinical condition and the tendency of the changes of EEG and NBNA is consistent clinical dividing, the progress of the different treatment duration and the tendency of the changes NBNA is consistent; Conclusion： The EEG and NBNA have good correlation between each, other.
