摘 要:采用溶媒法,以花生壳为原料、氯乙酸为改性剂制备了羧甲基化改性花生壳吸附剂,研究了其对废水中NH4+-N的去除效果,探讨了吸附时间、溶液pH值、改性花生壳用量、温度等因素对NH4+-N吸附效果的影响。结果表明,20g花生壳粉末在200mL 10%NaOH溶液中碱化2h后,和8g氯乙酸在500mL 90%酒精溶液中,恒温水浴45℃搅拌反应2h,水洗干燥后得到羧甲基化改性花生壳粉末,用此改性的花生壳处理50mg/L NH4+-N溶液的最佳条件为:在羧甲基化改性花生壳加入量10g/L,温度25℃,吸附时间1h,pH值8.0的条件下,花生壳对浓度为50mg/L的氨氮模拟废水的去除率可达72.1%。Adsorbents were prepared from peanut shell modified with chloroacetic acid. Research was carried on the removal efficiency of NH4^+-N in wastewater with modified peanut shell. The ad- sorption time, pH value in solution, the amount of modified peanut shell, temperature and other fac- tors affecting the adsorption of NH4^+-N were also investigated. Carboxymethylation modified peanut shell was produced from 20g peanut shell which was alkalized with 200mL 10 % NaOH solution for 2h and then reacted with 8g chloroaeetic acid in 500mL 90% alcohol solution under the condition of tem- perature of 45℃ and mixing for 2h, as well as followed by filtering, water washing and drying. The results showed that the optimal adsorption conditions of 50mg/L NH^+-N solution with modified pea- nut shell were as following: 1.0g chloroacetic acid modified peanut shell, 100mL NH4^+-N solution with the concentration of 50mg/L, temperature of 25℃, pH value of 8.0, adsorption time of lh. The NH4 ^+-N removal rate could reach as high as 72.1%.
