老年慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁、焦虑与社会支持的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭患者情绪状态与社会支持之间的相关性。方法采用自行设计的一般情况问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对老年慢性心力衰竭患者78例进行评定分析。结果老年慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑评分与社会支持总分、主观支持总分、客观支持总分及对支持的利用度呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);老年慢性心力衰竭患者抑郁评分与社会支持总分、主观支持总分、客观支持总分及对支持的利用度呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论老年慢性心力衰竭患者的焦虑、抑郁和社会支持密切相关,提高老年慢性心力衰竭人群的社会支持可能有助于促进其身心健康。Objective To investigate the relationship of anxiety and depression with social support among elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 78 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were investigated by using simple coping mode questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale, self-rating depression scale and social support rating scale. Results The total score of self-rating anxiety scale had negative correlation with the total score of social support rating scale, objective social support, subjective social support and utilization of support in social support in elderly patients with chronic heart failure,respectively （ r = - 0. 128, r = - 0. 135, r = - 0. 092, r = - 0. 097）. The total score of self-rating depression scale had negative correlation with the total score of social support rating scale, objective social support, subjective social support and utilization of support in social support in patients with chronic heart failure,respectively （r= -0. 134,r = -0. 145,r = -0. 104,r = -0. 115）. Conclusion Anxiety and depression is closely related to social support among elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Enhancing social support among elderly patients with chronic heart failure may contribute to improve their physical and mental health.
