摘　　要：目的建立维库溴铵含量及有关物质的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法以C18柱,0.3 M甲酸铵溶液-甲醇(40∶60)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长为210 nm。结果在浓度为20.0～1 000.1μg·mL-1范围内,本法线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.999 5(n=7),有关物质分离较好。结论该方法简单,准确,可以作为维库溴铵含量和有关物质的测定方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of vecuronium bromide and its related sub- stances. Methods The determination was carried out on a C18 column and the mobile phase was 0.3 M ammonium formate solu- tion - methanol （ 40：60 ） at flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^- 1. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results A good linearity and separation can be obtained within the range of 20.0 - 1000.1 μg · mL ^-1 （ r = 0. 999 5, n = 7 ）. Conclusion The method was simple and accurate,and it can be used for the determination of vecuronium bromide and its related substances.
