社区高血压病人家庭功能及药物治疗依从性分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解广州市社区高血压病人的家庭功能现状,探讨家庭功能水平与药物治疗依从性的关系。[方法]随机抽取广州市3个城市社区18岁以上高血压病人576例,采用家庭关怀度指数问卷和药物治疗依从性测评表进行调查。[结果]家庭功能良好、中度和严重障碍者分别占74.3%、21.7%和4.0%;依从性差的病人较依从性好的病人家庭功能水平低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);家庭功能水平与药物治疗依从性呈正相关。[结论]社区高血压病人家庭功能水平越低,药物治疗依从性越差;采取相应措施提高病人家庭功能水平,可提高社区高血压病人药物治疗依从性。Objective：To know about the status quo of family function of Hypertensive patients in community in Guangzhou City,and to probe into the relationship between family function and medication compliance. Methods：A total of 576 cases of hypertensive patients over the age of 18 in three urban communities in Guangzhou were randomly selected and investigated by using the Family APGAR Index questionnaire and medica- tion compliance evaluation form. Results： Patients with family function well, moderate and severe disabilities respectively accounted for 74.3 %, 21.7% and 4.0% ;the family function level of patients with poor compliance was lower than that of patients with good compliance, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 001）; family function was positively correlated with medication compliance. Conclusion： The lower family function of community patients with hypertension is, the worse medica- tion compliance is;to take appropriate measures to improve the patient＇s family function can improve the medication compliance of patients with hypertension in community.
