食用生茶油外涂防治卧床病人摩擦红斑的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨生茶油外涂防治卧床病人摩擦红斑的临床效果。[方法]将2010年1月—12月Bra-den压疮风险评估得分14分以下有可能发生摩擦红斑的大小便失禁的卧床病人随机分为两组,预防1组采用生茶油外涂,预防2组采用爽身粉外擦,比较摩擦红斑发生情况;将2010年1月—12月由院外带入或院内发生摩擦红斑的大小便失禁病人随机分为两组,治疗1组应用生茶油外涂,治疗2组应用烫疮油外涂,观察两组病人局部组织止痛、消肿及红斑愈合时间。[结果]预防1组摩擦红斑的发生率明显低于预防2组(P<0.01);治疗1组局部组织止痛、消肿及红斑愈合时间明显短于治疗2组(P<0.01)。[结论]对大小便失禁的卧床病人应用食用生茶油外涂可预防摩擦红斑的发生,并可有效地治疗摩擦红斑。Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of raw tea oil applied to friction erythema externally in ambulatory patients. Methods： Eevaluation was used to evaluate the bedfast patients with incontinence who got the Bra den pressure ulcer risk assessment from January to December in 2010; 104 patients scored 14 points or less who were likely to suffer from friction ery thema were randomly divided into 2 groups：edible tea oil were applied in tri al group 1 externally,while trial group 2 were given talcum powder. The oc currence of friction erythema was compared between both groups. Meantime, a total of 61 incontinence patients with friction erythema occurring outside or inside hospital were divided into two groups： treatment group 1 and treat ment group 2, edible raw tea oil were applied externally for group 1 patients, while group 2 patients were treated with scalding sore oil;the effects and the times of local tissue pain, swelling and erythema healing were compared. Re sults： The incidence of friction erythema in prevention group 1 was much lower than that of prevention group 2（P%O. 01）;The times of local tissue pain,swelling and erythema healing in treatment group 1 were better than that of treatment group 2（P^O. O1）. Conclusion：In preventing friction ery thema,edible raw tea oil applied for bedfast patients with incontinence can prevent and effectively treat the friction erythema, and its effect is better than scalding sore oil coated.
