珍香胶囊联合卡培他滨治疗结肠癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察珍香胶囊联合卡培他滨治疗结肠癌的临床疗效。方法 2006年9月～2010年6月,我科共收治76例结肠癌患者,随机分成单纯卡培他滨治疗组36例,中成药珍香胶囊联合卡培他滨治疗组40例,对两组患者治疗前后体重变化、免疫功能变化、毒副作用进行比较分析。结果珍香胶囊联合卡培他滨治疗组在增加体重方面明显优于单纯卡培他滨治疗组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者免疫功能指标T细胞亚群变化方面,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);珍香胶囊在辅助化疗减少相关毒副作用方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论珍香胶囊在治疗结肠癌患者过程中,未发现明显毒副作用,患者体重增加明显,增强了患者免疫力,减少化疗相关毒副作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of zhenxiang capsules and capecitabine in the treatment of colon cancer. Methods From September 2006 to June 2010,76 cases of colon cancer were collected and randomized into a capecitabine group （36 cases） and a zhenxiang capsules plus capecitabine group （40 cases）. The changes in body weight, immune function and toxic side effect were analyzed before and after treatment for the patients of two groups. Results In zherrxiang capsules plus capecitabine group, the body weight was gained more remarkably than that in capecitabine group, presenting statistic significant difference in comparison（P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of the change in T cell subtype of immune function indicator, the difference was significant statistically between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Zhenxiang capsules reduced significantly the relevant toxic side effects of the adjuvant chemotherapy（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Zhenxiang capsules do not induce apparent toxic side effects during the treatment of colon cancer. This drug gains remarkably the body weight of the patients,enhances the immunity and reduces the relevant chemotherapy- induced toxic side effects.
