补肺颗粒对COPD稳定期患者血清IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察补肺颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者血清IL-6水平的影响,探讨补肺颗粒治疗COPD稳定期患者的疗效作用机制。方法将70例COPD稳定期患者随机分为两组,治疗组39例给予补肺颗粒治疗,对照组31例给予安慰剂治疗,疗程均为30 d,根据两组患者治疗前后中医证侯积分变化情况判断临床疗效,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)定性检测治疗前后血清IL-6水平。结果两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清IL-6比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组血清IL-6水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肺颗粒可以明显改善COPD稳定期患者临床症状,使患者炎症状态向减轻的方向发展。Objective To observe the impacts of bufei granules on serum IL-6 level for the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）at the stable stage and explore its efficacy mechanism for the patients with COPD at the stable stage.Methods 70 cases of COPD at the stable stage were randomized into a treatment group（30 cases）treated with bufei granules and a control group（31 cases）treated with placebo.The duration of treatment was 30 days.According to the changes in the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine before and after treatment for the patients in two groups,the clinical efficacy was determined.The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）was adopted to detect serum IL-6 level qualitatively before and after treatment.Results The efficacies were different significantly in statistics between two groups（P〈0.05）.The difference in serum IL-6 level was not significant statistically before treatment between two groups（P〉0.05）.After treatment,in the treatment group,the serum IL-6 level was lower apparently than that in the control group,indicating the statistical significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Bufei granules relieve apparently the clinical symptoms for the patients with COPD at the stable stage and alleviate potentially the inflammatory state of the patients.
