摘 要:信息化条件下军事斗争作战力量种类多,武器装备性能各异,战斗进程加快,作战指挥复杂,给指挥系统提出了更高的要求。“练为战”是军事训练的永恒法则,因此必须优化体系作战指挥系统,特别是要增强和提高指挥系统的综合性、稳定性和灵活性,以提高指挥效益,保证基于信息系统的体系作战取得最佳作战效果。Several factors lead to the higher requirement for battle command, such as the variety of military battle force, the differences of armament' s capability, the acceleration of the battle process, and the complexity of the battle command. It is an eternal principle that practice is for combat. Therefore, it is necessary to reform the systematic battle command model, op- timize the command system, especially strengthen and improve the integration, stabilization and flexibility of the battle com- mand system in order to enhance the command efficiency, as well as ensure the information system-based systematic battle to achieve the best battle effect.
