摘　　要：激励是汽车兵管理的重要内容，也是提高汽车兵管理水平的方式之一。基于斯金纳强化理论，研究了我军汽车兵激励现状，分析了汽车兵激励的特殊性，建立了汽车兵激励模型，为今后汽车兵激励制度的建立提供了依据。Encouragement is not only the important part of transporters＇management, but also the way which improves transporters＇ management level. Firstly, based on B＂ F＂ Skinner＇ s reinforcement theory, this paper studied the present situa- tion and analyzed the particularity of transporters＇encouragement. Secondly, it established the model of transporters＇en- couragement. This model provides basis for the establishment of transporters＇ encourage system in the future.
