美军联合军官管理及其对我军的启示

摘　　要：美军为实现其军事转型中人才战略，满足信息化条件下的联合作战需要，建立和推行了联合军官管理制度。通过对美军联合军官管理形成与发展、内容与做法等介绍，提出了适合我军实施联合军官建设与管理的建议。For implementing military human resources strategy, US military forces built the joint officer management sys- tem, meeting the demand of the joint operation under the information - based condition. Through introducing the formation and development, content and practice of the joint officer management, some adviees were brought up on the implementation of the joint officer construction and management.
