糖尿病前期中医体质及相关指标的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病前期(IGR)中医体质及与相关指标的关系。方法用前瞻性研究方法,采集517例IGR患者信息,进行中医体质辨识和相关指标的分析。结果①517例IGR人群中,单一体质类型者、二种体质类型相兼者、三种体质类型相兼者分别占25.8%、66.5%、7.7%;前3位的体质类型分别是痰湿兼湿热质、痰湿兼气虚质、湿热质,共占64.8%。②痰湿兼湿热质、痰湿兼气虚质、湿热质体质量指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、血脂TC、TG、LDL-C显著高于其他体质组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论①IGR人群体质可表现为单一体质,也可表现为复合型体质,其中以痰湿兼湿热质、痰湿兼气虚质、湿热质为主,提示痰湿和湿热是IGR人群的重要因素。②BMI、WHR、血脂TC、TG、LDL-C是IGR痰湿和湿热体质的辨识和疗效判断的参考指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the constitution of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the relevant indexes in IGR.Methods Method of Prospective Study was used： information of 517 cases of IGR patients was collected to differentiate TCM constitution and analyze the relevant indexes.Results ①Among the 517 cases of patients with IGR,the percentage of patients with single constitution,two type composite,and three type composite were 25.8%,66.5%,7.7% respectively.The top three types were dampness of phlegm and heat,dampness of phlegm and Qi deficiency,and heat dampness;②Compared with other constitution,the patients with constitution of dampness of phlegm and heat,dampness of phlegm and Qi deficiency,and heat dampness had significantly higher data of BMI,WHR,TC,TG and LDL-C（P〈0.01）.Conclusion ① IGR people often have a single constitution or complex constitution.The ratio of patients with constitution of dampness of phlegm and heat,dampness of phlegm and Qi deficiency,and heat dampness was 64.8%.This suggested that dampness of phlegm and heat is a significant factor for IGR.②BMI,WHR,TC,TG and LDL-C are main reference indexes for constitution differentiation of dampness of phlegm and heat,and for assessment of curative effect.
