摘　　要：卫生体制改革涉及诸多重大理论和实务问题,迫切需要卫生法学理论的指导;构建与我国国情相适应的卫生法学理论体系已迫在眉睫,且应紧紧围绕卫生法的本体论问题,卫生法的价值论问题,卫生法产生、发展及其规律,卫生法制的运行系统,卫生法与其他社会现象的关系,卫生法的研究方法等方面进行构建。Health system reform involves many important theoretical and practical problems, and it urgently needs the theoretical guide of the health law theory to construct the theoretical system of health law which adapts to China＇s national conditions.The theoretical system of health law in China should be constructed in the following aspects： health law ontological issues; the value of health law; the emergement, development and regular pattern of health law; the running system of health law; the relationship between health law and other social phenomenon; and the research methods of health law, etc..
