摘　　要：医事法学人才是复合型人才,应当具有医学、生命伦理学及法学的复合知识结构,并具备较高的综合素质。医学与法学都是专业性比较强的学科,为培养合格的医事法学人才,应确定初级、高级两个不同层次的培养目标,通过法学本科、医学法学双学位或医事法学硕士、博士等不同层级模式,为社会培养不同层次的医事法学复合型人才。Medical jurisprudence talents are compound talents, who should have composite structure of knowledge of medicine,bioethics and law, and have high comprehensive quality as well. Medicine and jurisprudence are strongly specialized disciplines, therefore, we should establish two different levels of training goal： primary one and senior one, and cultivate compound talents on different levels in medical jurisprudence for our society through different cultivating modes, such as jurisprudence undergraduates, medical jurisprudence double degree, medical jurisprudence masters and doctors.
