活血化痰法与益气养阴法治疗喉癌前病变的临床比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较活血化痰法与益气养阴法在喉癌前病变显徽喉手术后应用的临床疗效,为喉癌前病变的中医药防治提供参考和思路。方法将34例喉癌前病变病例分为益气养阴治疗组及活血化痰治疗组,对两组术后症状、体征等进行综合量化评分,比较两种治疗方法在改善喉癌前病变症状、体征及防止复发恶变方面的优劣。结果临床采用活血化痰法对喉癌前病变具有较好的干预治疗作用,与益气养阴法比较,可以在喉显微术后较快缓解症状、改善体征,延缓或减少复发(P<0.05)。结论临床采用活血化痰法对喉癌前病变具有较好的干预治疗作用,临床上采用活血化痰大法防治喉癌前病变应该是一个正确治疗方向。Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin （RQNY）, and activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm （ABCRP） in treating the laryngeal precancerous lesions. Methods 34 cases of laryngeal precancerous lesions were divided into RQNY group and ABCRP group, respectively. Symptoms and signs such as comprehensive quantitative scores were observed to compare therapeutic effects between the two groups. Results The ABCRP therapy applied after microsurgery on laryngeal precancerous lesions showed a certain thempentic effect, such as alleviating symptoms, improving the signs, and reducing the recurrence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ABCRP has a certain therapeutic effect on laryngeal precancerous lesions and clinical use of this TCM therapy could be a choice for the disease.
