摘　　要：阐述了林业在生态建设中的重要地位和作用,探讨了通过造林绿化、改善生态环境、提高森林生态系统功能、发展循环经济、生态经济、生态产业,以保护好现有森林和生物的多样性,不断培育森林资源,提高森林覆盖率,来提高生态效益,为林业建设工作提供参考。Forestry, having ecological benefits, economic and social benefits, is an important foundation for sustainable economic and social development, and is also a major public welfare and basic industry. To fully implement the development strategy of ＂Ecological City＂ , and protect the safety of ecological and build a wealthy, civilized and harmonious ecological Zixing, it is necessary to follow the way of sustainable development, give full play to the role of forestry in the ecological construction, in order to protect the existing forests and biological diversity, constantly nurture forest resources and increasie forest coverage, it is important to vigorously pursue afforestation and greening, improve the ecological environment and the function of forest ecosystems, and develope the recycling economy, ecological economy and ecological industry.
