摘 要:以某型车辆车体的角型截面铝型材立柱构件为典型件,运用拉弯成形专用模拟软件PS2F(Profile Stretch 2D Forming)对该构件的拉弯成形过程进行了模拟研究,对其拉弯成形工艺进行分析和优化,分析了起皱等成形缺陷,开发出高精度拉弯胎具。试验结果表明成形件轮廓精度大幅提高,并消除了起皱等成形缺陷,获得了合格的成形件。In this paper, the vehicle body pillar of aluminium profile with angle cross section is taken as a typical part, its stretch bend forming process is studied and optimized by the PS2F(Profile Stretch 2D Forming) software special for the simulating of stretch bend forming process. The forming defects such as wrinkles etc. are analyzed and a stretch bend forming die with high precision is developed. The experiment results show that the contour precision of the forming part is greatly improved and the forming defects including wrinkles, are eliminated. The qualified parts are got successfully.
