摘　　要：合同能源管理作为一种新型的市场化节能机制,存在的核心问题仍然是融资难,通过对各种融资模式的对比分析,我国应该在借鉴发达国成功经验的基础上,结合市场资金需求量及其风险大小,选择不同的融资方式。As a new type of market-oriented energy-saving mechanism,contract energy management has the core issue of financing difficulty.Through comparison and analysis of various financing mode,this paper suggests that on the basis of using developed countries＇ experience as reference,China should consider comprehensively the market capital demands and risks to choose proper financing method.
