改良男性病员裤在泌尿外科术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察改良普通病员裤在泌尿外科手术后男性患者中的应用效果。方法根据临床患者实际需求并结合相关文献资料,针对现有普通病员裤进行重新设计和改良,并观察50例男性患者在临床中的试用效果。结果对照普通病员裤,患者对改良后的病员裤总体上较满意,认为保护隐私的有48例(96%),认为感觉舒适的有46例(92%),认为方便治疗护理操作的有50例(100%),认为活动方便的有50例(100%),改良后的男性病员裤在使用后的总体满意率达98%。结论改良后的男性病员裤是非常适用于泌尿外科临床的产品。Objective To observe the application effect on improved ordinary male patients′ trousers in urology operation.Methods According to the actual needs of patients,medical activities and in combination with the relevant literature,the urological male patients′ trousers were redesigned and improved.Clinical probation effect of 50 cases of male patients were observed.Results After improvement of trousers in the clinical trail process,the numbers of overall satisfaction was 49（98%）,agree with privacy was 48（96%）,feeling comfortable was 46（92%）,agree with convenience for operation is 50（100%）,agree with convenient activity was 50（100%）.After improvement of trousers in the clinical trail process,the overall satisfaction was 97%.Conclusion The improved trousers are improvement products which are suitable for clinical work.
