摘 要:经过对中原油田原油中有机氯来源调查分析,确定了采油助剂中油基清蜡剂、原油降黏剂是造成原油中有机氯含量增高的主要原因,经过控制油基清蜡剂、原油降黏剂使用质量,调整配方降低原料中有机氯成分,并对油基清蜡剂实行优化淘汰制度,保证了原油中有机氯含量低于1.0mg/L。Through the investigation and analysis on the source of organic chloride in crude oil of Zhongyuan oilfield, it is determined that oil base paraffin removers in oil production additives and viscosity reducer for crude oil are main reasons that cause the increase of organic chloride content in the crude oil. By the control of using quality for oil base paraffin remover and viscosity reducer for crude oil, and by the adjustment of prescription for reducing the organic chloride ingredients, the optimized elimination system is ap- plied to the oil base paraffin remover, and thus guaranteeing the content of organic chloride in crude oil is lower than 1.Omg/1.
