摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在心脏术后患者呼吸道管理中的应用效果。方法通过运用循证护理,寻找兰州军区总医院心血管外科2009-06-2010-06心脏术后489例在临床实践中需要解决的护理问题,根据所提出的问题进行系统的文献查询,结合临床实践,对其有效性、实用性进行评估,并与常规方法相结合,得出有效的护理措施。结果 489例患者术后无呼吸系统并发症发生。结论循证护理是以有价值的、可信的科学研究结果为依据,提出问题,寻找实证,用实证对心脏术后患者实施最佳护理,可提高心脏术后患者护理质量。Objective To explore the application effects of evidence-based nursing in management of respiratory tract of patients after cardiac surgery.Methods Nursing questions were collected from 489 patients after cardiac surgery from June 2009 to June 2010 through employing evidence-based nursing care.The relevant literature was reviewed systematically based on nursing questions.Effective nursing measures were summarized by combining clinical effectiveness and practicability with routine methods.Results None of 489 cases developed respiration complications after cardiac surgery.Conclusion Based on valuable and reliable scientific research,evidence-based nursing care is used to find the problem and analyze evidence.The optimal nursing by utilizing evidence can improve the quality of nursing for patients after cardiac surgery.
