摘　　要：由于链板机炉头焦收集工艺存在操作不便、维护工作量大、使用寿命短等问题,安钢焦化厂改造采用水力清输机收集炉头焦。水力清输机采用PLC控制,不锈钢水冲槽,操作简便,维护工作量小,使用寿命可达5a以上。There were some defects such as inconvenient operation, much workload in maintenance and short service life in the collecting process of oven jamb coke with chain-scraper conveyer, so the Hydraulic Clearing and Transporting Machine was used to replace it in Anyang Steel Coking Plant. The Hydraulic Clearing and Transporting Machine was controled by PLC and the water tank was made by stainless steel. It＇ s convenient in operation, little workload in maintenance and longer service life than 5 years.
