摘　　要：海洋石油工程股份有限公司在文昌油田群项目中首次设计制作水下A架,成功应用于水下膨胀弯的连接安装。从项目出发介绍了利用水下A架连接安装水下膨胀弯的方法,使得潜水员水下可以利用手扳葫芦轻松调控膨胀弯的姿态,对正法兰,完成膨胀弯的连接安装。其技术要点是水下A架的设计制作和水下使用,和传统的浮袋配重块安装方法相比较,水下A架安装方法既能够在较恶劣的海况下应用,又能够有效地提高膨胀弯的安装效率。A new spool pieces installation technology using flame A is introduced in this paper. The frame A is designed for subsea divers controlling spool pieces easily and safely. This technology has been used to complete the installation of many spool pieces at Wen Chang oil field by COOEC. The successful application of this method well proves the feasibility of this technology and the method could make the installation of the spool pieces easy and safe.
