摘 要:目的探讨64排3D-CTA在腹部肿瘤术前评估中的作用。方法腹部肿瘤患者35例(胰腺肿瘤12例,结肠肿瘤17例,其他腹部肿瘤6例)。以容积重建法(VR)、最大密度投影法(MIP)及多平面重组法(MPR)等后处理方法对腹部肿瘤及其周围结构做三维重建处理,并作出术前评估。结果所有病例均可清晰显示肿瘤与血管、周围脏器及骨结构的关系,与手术中所见相吻合。结论 64排3D-CTA对腹部肿瘤术前评估及手术入路的设计有独到而重要的意义。Objective To explore the role of the 64 row of 3D-CTA in abdominal tumor in preoperative assessment. Methods 35 cases of patients with abdominal tumor were involved in the study (12 cases with tumor of pancreas, 17 cases with colon tumor, 6 cases with other abdominal tumor). Using some post-processing methods including volume reconstruction (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and multiplanar reformation (MPR) to conduct a three-dimensional reconstruction of abdominal tumor and its surrounding structures and also made a preoperative evaluation. Results In all cases, tumor and vascular, peripheral viscera and bone structure could be shown clearly, which was exactly the same as seen in operation. Conclusion 64 row 3D-CTA have unique and importance significance for preoperative evaluation of abdominal tumor and the design of operational approach.
