耻骨上前列腺切除术中应用聚维酮碘纱带填塞前列腺腺窝止血100例效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨聚维酮碘纱带填塞前列腺腺窝止血在耻骨上前列腺切除术中的应用效果。方法对2000年5月—2011年10月行耻骨上前列腺切除术中应用聚维酮碘纱带填塞前列腺腺窝止血100例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组平均手术时间42 min,术中平均出血量90 ml。术后均未进行膀胱冲洗,未发生膀胱痉挛性疼痛。切口I期愈合,未发生并发症。结论聚维酮碘纱带填塞前列腺腺窝止血是简便、有效、安全的开放性前列腺切除术止血方法。Objective To investigate the effect of hemostasis by applying Iodophor cotton tape in suprapubic prostatectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the hemostatic effect of applying Iodophor cotton tape in suprapubic prostatectomy in patients during the May 2000 and October 2011. Results The average operative time was 42 minutes, the average bleeding was 90 ml intraoperative. All the patients were not given bladder irrigation after operation, and no one experienced with bladder spasm pain. The incision healed in stage I, and no complications occured. Conclusion Hemostasis by applying iodophor cotton tape crypt is a simple, effective and safe method to stop bleeding in prostatectomy.
