心理护理对老年上消化道出血康复效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对老年上消化道出血康复的效果。方法 75例患者随机分成观察组39例和对照组36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予针对性心理护理,观察两组住院天数、再出血率、有效率和患者满意率。结果观察组平均住院天数短于对照组,再出血率低于对照组,有效率和患者满意率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年上消化道出血给予针对性心理护理,能显著提高临床效果,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing for treating elderly patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods 75 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into a control group （n = 36） and an experimental group （rt = 39）. The control group were given routine nursing, while the experimental group were given routine nursing care and targeted psychological nursing. We observed the average length of hospital stay, rate of rebleeding, efficient and satisfactory rate of patients between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the average length of hospital stay was shorter, the rebleeding rate was lower, efficient and satis- factory rates of patients were higher, compared to the control group; the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Targeted psychological nursing was used to facilitate the recovery of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in elderly patients. It can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and promote the rehabilitation.
