中晚期胃癌腹腔热灌注化疗的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨中晚期胃癌患者腹腔热灌注化疗的术后护理。方法总结2009年4月至2011年12月收治胃癌患者中26例中晚期胃癌患者在腹腔热灌注化疗术后护理,术后严密观察病情,及早发现及处理如恶心,呕吐,腹胀,腹痛,胸闷,气促等症状。结果术后发生6例腹胀,腹痛,3例恶心,呕吐,1例胸闷,气促,对这些患者给予对症处理后,取得良好的效果。结论中晚期胃癌患者行腹腔热灌注化疗与护理延长和提高了患者的生存期。Objective To investigate the post-operative care of patients with advanced gastric cancer peritoneal perfusion chemotherapy. Methods From April 2009 to 2011 December were the post-operative care of patients with gastric cancer, 26 patients with advanced gastric cancer patients in the intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy. And close monitoring after the disease, early detection and treatment such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms. Results Postoperative 6cases of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, 3cases of nausea, vomiting, chest tightness, shortness of breath, give symptomatic treatment of these patients achieved good results. Conclusion In advanced gastric cancer patients with intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy with care to extend and improve the survival of patients.
