摘　　要：目的探讨个体化康复护理指导对于老年糖尿病患者生活质量的效果。方法分析我院老年糖尿病患者临床资料,依据护理方式不同分为观察组100例和对照组100例。结果观察组社会功能缺陷筛选量表评分和日常生活活动能力评分均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论个体化康复护理指导可以提高患者社会功能和生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach the the quality of life for Elderly diabetes meUitus by Individualized rehabilitation nursing. Methods To analyze clinical data of Elderly diabetes mellitus in our hospital, which was to be divided into detection group 100 cases and control group 100 cases. ResuRs The SDSS and Barthel index of detection group were better than control group, P〈0.05, the difference were Statistical significance. Conclusion The SDSS and Barthel index were improved by Individualized rehabilitation nursing, which was to be used.
