摘 要:目的探究胰腺癌病人胰十二指肠切除术后肠内营养(EN)支持的重要作用。方法 将40例胰十二指肠切除术后的胰腺癌患者随机分成两组,每组20例。分别接受肠内营养支持和肠外营养(PN)支持,比较分析两组病人营养指标、炎性反应指标和并发症发生率等。结果经术后9天治疗两组病人营养指标比较无统计学意义,EN组肠道蠕动恢复较早,且并发症、炎性反应指标及治疗费用显著低于PN组(P〈0.05)。结论在胰十二指肠切除术后,EN支持可减少并发症,有利于胰腺癌患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of early enteral nutrition(enteral nutrition,EN)supported in postoperative pancreatic cancer patients of pancreaticoduedenectomy. Methods 40 postoperative patients were randomly divided into two groups that accepted enteral or parenteral nutritional (parenteral nutrition, PN ) support respectively. The nutrition index, inflammatory reaction and complications of the groups were compared and analyzed. Results EN and PN were able to improve the patients'general nutrition conditions almost equally. EN support had better effects than PN in stimulating gut motion, saving economic consumption, depressing inflammatory factors and decreasing complications. The statistical difference of two methods was significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion EN support could decrease complication and have a favorable effect on the recovery of postoperative pancreatic cancer patients of pancreaticoduedenectomy.
