摘　　要：保障民生、改善民生是党的执政理念转变,是党全心全意为人民服务根本宗旨的具体体现。以"民生警务"为载体促进社会管理创新工作,对于扎实推进社会矛盾纠纷排查化解、执法规范化建设、社会治安打防控体系建设、和谐警民关系建设和公安队伍建设,推动公安工作和公安队伍建设全面发展有着十分重要的意义。To protect and improve livelihood is not only the changed concept of the Party＇s governance but also the manifestation of the Party＇ s fundamental principle of serving the people wholeheartedly. To promote the innovation of social management by the means of livelihood-oriented policing is of great significance to the solution of social contradictions and disputes, law enforcement standardization, construction of the social combat and prevention system, improvement of harmonious police-citizen relationship and team building, stimulation of police work and related development.
