昆明市10年间孕产妇死亡监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的　为了解我市孕产妇死亡的重要原因和相关因素及孕产妇系统管理工作的现状和存在问题。方法　按照全国孕产妇死亡监测统一项目要求 ,填写孕产妇死亡卡、漏报调查表及活产分娩报表 ,市级每年对孕产妇死亡进行评审分析。结果　 10年的平均孕产妇死亡率为 82 48/十万 ,孕产妇死亡的前 4位死因依次为产科出血、妊娠合并症、羊水栓塞、妊娠高血压综合征。结论　提高医疗保健服务质量 ,加强健康教育 ,多方面采取综合有效措施 。Objective To understand the cause of the maternal mortality,and to make the corresponding measure for effectively decreasing maternal mortality.Methods The maternal death monitoring and analysis were performed.Results The mean maternal mortality was 82 48/100 000 per year.The major causes were obstetric hemorrhage,amniotic fluid embolism,and pregnancy induced hypertension.Conclusion It is very necessary for decreasing maternal mortality by raising the service quality of medical health,strengthening the health education,and making the effectively comprehensive measures.
