摘　　要：目的建立同时测定盆炎净片中原儿茶酸、咖啡酸和芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/min,检测波长为219 nm,进样量为10μL。结果原儿茶酸、咖啡酸和芍药苷的质量浓度线性范围分别为8.8～140.0μg/mL(r=0.999 8,n=5),8.8～140.0μg/mL(r=0.999 9,n=5),37.5～600.0μg/mL(r=0.999 5,n=5),平均加样回收率分别为101.67%(RSD=1.3%,n=6),99.82%(RSD=1.8%,n=6),99.42%(RSD=1.8%,n=6)。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可更为全面地控制盆炎净片的质量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of protocatechuic acid, caffeic acid and paeoniflorin in Penyanjing Tablets. Methods The separation was performed on Agilent Eclipse XDB- C ls column（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 um） with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as the mobile phrase; the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and the UV detection wavelength was set at 219 nm,the inject volume was 10 uL. Results The standard curves for the three components were linear within the ranges of 8.8- 140.0 ug/mL（r=0.999 8, n=5）,8.8-140.0 ug/mL（r=0.999 9, n=5） and 37.5-600.0 ug/mL（r=0.999 5, n=5）,and the average recoveries were 101.67% ,99.82% and 99.42% , RSD was 1.3% , 1.8% , 1.8% ,respectively. Conclusion The method was accurate and suitable for the quality control of Penyanjing Tablets.
