摘　　要：目的探讨建立一套切实可行的临床药师标准操作规程。方法根据卫生部建立临床药师制的工作要求,结合临床药师的职责,对现阶段临床药师在临床实践中的工作方式方法进行分析、探讨、总结。结果制订临床药师标准操作规程是一项复杂的系统工程,需要临床药师在工作实践中不断总结、发展与完善,逐步形成一系列的临床药师工作管理文件与工作程序文件。结论临床药师工作标准操作规程将有效地保证临床药师工作的科学化、规范化。Objective To explore and establish a whole set of standard operating procedure for clinical pharmacist. Methods According to the requirements of the Ministry of Public Health for establishing the clinical pharmacists system and combined with clinical pharma- cists＇ duty, at the present stage the work modes of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice were analyzed, discussed and summa- rized. Results The establishment of clinical pharmacist standard operating procedure is a complex systems engineering, which needs the clinical pharmacists constantly stun up, develop and perfect in the clinical practice, and gradually forms a series of clinical pharmacists working management documents and program documents. Conclusion The standard operating procedure will effectively guarantee the scientification and standardization of the clinical pharmacists works.
