邯郸市健康献血人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶参考值范围调查

摘　　要：目的调查邯郸市健康献血人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）的参考值范围。方法采用速率法检测ALT值，对邯郸市2010—01—2010—0210844名18~55周岁健康献血者的ALT检测结果进行统计学分析。结果ALT水平为对数正态分布，本地区健康献血者95％参考值范围是小于51．7U／L，其中男7512例，女3332例，几何均数分别为21．5U／L、13．8U／L，认为男女间有差异（P〈O．0001），男性高于女性，95％参考值范围分别为小于：57．1、34．3U／L。各年龄分组中，18～岁人群的ALT值低于其他年龄组（每5岁一组，最后一组为48-55岁），各年龄组几何均数分别为：14．9、17．9、20．9、20．4、20．4、18．8、19．6U／L，95％参考值范围分别小于：40．1、51．0、58．9、52．8、55．1、50．7、44．9U／L。结论该调查反映了邯郸地区健康献血人群的ALT平均水平，男性95％参考值范围高出国家规定≤40U／L的标准，女性95％参考值范围低于国家规定≤40U／L的标准；各年龄组的ALT值95％参考值范围均〉40U／L，18～岁年龄组最低。供有关单位参考。Objective To survey on range of reference value of alanine aminotransferase（ALT） of health blood dona- tion crowd in Handan. Methods To take the rate method to detect ALT value of 18~ 55 years old 10844 of health blood donors from 2010 1-2 months in Handan. The results were statisticaliy analysised. Results ALT levels were log-normal distribution. The reference value range of 95 % health donors was less than 51.7 U/L in this area. Among them, the male was 7512 cases, female was 3332 cases The geometric mean differences were 21.5 U/L, 18.8 U/L, so that men and women had difference（P〈0. 0001}, and men were higher than women, 95% reference value of ALT less than 57.1 and 34.3 U/L. Each age group,the ALT of 18% year old was lower than any other age group（5 years old interval a group,and the last group of 48~55 years old}, geometric mean differences among all age groups re- spectively： 14.9,17.9,20.9,20.4,20.4,18.8,19.6 U/L, 95 % reference value range of donors were less than： 40.1, 51.0,58.9,52.8,55.1,50.7,44.9 U/L. Conclusions The survey reflects the ALT average level of the health of blood donation crowd in Handan area,95% reference value range of male is greater than 40 U/L（the national standard} ,women＇s 95 % reference value range is lower than the state provisions 40 U/L standards; ALT value in every age group, 95 %0 reference value range are more then 40 U/L, 18% the minimum age group. This can be for related department reference.
