薯蓣皂苷片对颈动脉粥样硬化治疗作用观察

摘　　要：目的探讨薯蓣皂苷片（DCT）对颈动脉粥样硬化患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度（IMT）的影响。方法79例颈动脉粥样硬化患者。随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组给予常规＋DCT治疗，对照组给予常规治疗，治疗前及治疗后6个月及1a采用高频超声及彩色多普勒超声检测IMT、血脂及血液流变学各参数。结果经DCT治疗1a，颈动脉IMT显著变薄（P〈0．05），血清总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）显著下降（P均〈0．05），HDL—C明显提高（P〈0．05）；对照组患者颈动脉IMT、血脂（TC、TG、LDL-C）治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P均〉005）。两组患者的血液流变性均有明显改善（P均〈0．05）。治疗期间未见DCT明显不良反应。结论DCT可作为治疗颈动脉粥样硬化一种有效的药物。Objective To investigate the effects of the Dioscornin tablets（DCT） on the expression of carotid artery in- tima--mediathickness （IMT） in patients with carotid atheroseler0sis. Method Seventy-nine patients with carotid atherosclerosis were randomly divided treatment group and corftrol group. Treatment group given conventional treatment and Dioscornin tablets （DCT）. Control group given conventional treatment. All patients were followed up with using high frequency ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound measuring IMT and the parameters of lipid and hemo- theology before treatment and after 6 months and 1 year. Result After 1 year,the carotid IMT of treatment group treatmented by DCT was significicantly thinner（P〈0.05）, the serum total cholesterol, triglycerides decreased sig- nificicantly（ P〈0.05）, HDL-C was sigmficicantly higher（ P〈0.05 ）. The carotid IMT, blood lipids（ TC, TG, LDL-C） of the control group showed no significicant difference after treatment. Conclusion DCT is an effective drug to treat- ment atherosclerosis.
