工学结合人才培养模式下高职院校图书馆的服务创新

摘　　要：工学结合人才培养模式要求高职院校图书馆,建立适合本校教学与专业需要的资源保障体系,建立图书馆的数字资源远程服务体系,整合机构与人力资源,建立图书馆服务保障体系.探索为校外实习学生提供远程信息服务,为入驻学校企业开展信息服务,做好资源培训,开发建立教学资源数据库和本校科研数据库,就业指导与求职信息以及向社会服务等方面的创新思路.This paper has studied the influence and new requirements of the personnel cultivation mode of combining learning with working upon higher vocational colleges＇ libraries, made a deep research on how to set up a resource security system suitable for teaching and specialty development, set up a remote information service system of library＇s digital resource, and integrate organizational and human resources to set up library service security system. This paper has planned to provide remote information service for the students practicing out of the school, provide information service for the enterprises settled in school, carry out resource application training, develop and set up teaching material database and scientific research database, and make creations in employment guidance, employment information and social service.
