摘　　要：农村公共物品的供给对新农村建设、消除"二元结构"和城乡统筹发展具有重大意义.长期以来,"二元"经济社会结构导致城乡分割,公共财政未能覆盖农村,造成我国农村公共物品供给总量不足,供给结构不合理,严重制约了社会发展.文章对农村公共物品的界定及特征,目前我国农村公共物品供给和公共财政投入的现状及存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了公共财政投入农村公共物品的对策建议.To eliminate the ＂dual economic and social structure＂ of the urban and rural development,the suppliment of public goods in rural areas of new rural construction is of great significance.For a long time,because of the ＂dual economic and social structure＂ and urban-rural split,the public finances had not cover rural areas,with which the rural total suppliment was lack in public goods and the supplying structure was irrational,that had seriously hampered social development.The current situation of rural public goods and public financial investment problems were analyed in this paper,countermeasures orientation of public finance investment in rural public goods were proposed,too.
