摘　　要：针对目前设备备件管理和设备维修管理相互脱节,备件需求不确定性所产生的盲目订货和高库存问题,将备件需求分为独立需求和相关需求,设计了备件需求计划系统,提出了系统应用中的问题和系统实现的方法。This paper aims at the problems that equipment ＇ s spare management and maintenance management dis-joints each other. The blind purchase and high inventory happens because of the uncertain of spare＇ s requirement. Then it is divided the spare demand into dependent demand and independent demand, then a spare requirement planning system is designed and puts forward the key problem and method for realizing the system is proposed.
