70例老年人夜间低氧血症及呼吸紊乱的监测分析

摘　　要：目的　研究老年人夜间睡眠时血氧饱和度及呼吸变化。方法　用睡眠初筛仪对 70例老年人行睡眠监测 7小时 ,记录血氧饱和度、呼吸暂停时间、呼吸暂停次数 ,根据监测结果分为三组 :对照组 (A组 ) ,重叠综合征组(B组 ) ,低氧血症组 (C组 ) ,并行组间t检验。结果　老年人夜间低氧血症占 90 % ,B组、C组分别与A组比较最低血氧饱和度、最长呼吸暂停时间 ,显示高度显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。C组与A组呼吸暂停指数无显著性差异。Objectives To study respiratory and blood O 2 saturation changes in aged patients during nocturnal sleep.Methods 70 aged patients in sleep were monitored for 7 hours.Their blood O 2 saturation,the time and frequency of apnea were recorded as well.They were divided into 3 groups:control group(group A).averlap syndrome group(group B).and hypoxemia group C).Results Nocturnal hypoxemia reached to 90%,There were significant differences between group A and group B and C in blood O 2 saturation and the longest time of apnea.There were not significant differents between group A and group C in apnea index.Conclusions Apnea was an early presentation of sleep apnea syndrome.
