生物医学工程专业毕业生就业现状及对策分析——以东北大学为例

摘　　要：以东北大学2009届-2011届生物医学工程专业本科毕业生为研究对象,采取访谈与查询档案相结合的方法,对毕业生就业情况进行了较为深入的调查,发现该专业毕业生存在被动升学率高、就业供需矛盾等问题。在深入分析产生问题原因的基础上,提出以市场为导向,开展学生实践创新能力建设、教学课程体系建设、实训中心、实习基地建设和教师人才队伍建设等途径全面提升学生就业能力来解决生物医学工程专业毕业生的就业问题,并对解决其他新兴边缘学科毕业生就业提供参考。This paper focuses on Biomedical Engineering graduates who come from 2009 to 2011 in Northeastern University, using a method of a combination of interviews with querying files for the employment situation in-depth investigation. The paper concludes that these graduates have the problems of high rate of admission into higher schools and the contradiction between the supply employment and the demand. On the basis of analyzing the reasons of the problems deeply, we put forward the idea that oriented by market, carrying out the construction of the students＇ practice and innovation abilities, the construction of curriculum systems, training centers, the construction of practice base and the construction of teacher resources to promote students＇ employ abilities totally in order to solve the employ problems in the field of biomedical engineering, moreover, this can also provide a reference to the ~raduates majored in interdisciplinary.
