百乐眠胶囊治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察百乐眠胶囊治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑的临床疗效。方法 60例功能性消化不良伴焦虑患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组用黛力新1日2片,早中各服1次;治疗组采用百乐眠胶囊1日8粒,分早晚2次服用,两组疗程均为1个月。结果治疗1个月后,两组焦虑自评量表和FD症状评分均明显降低(P<0.01),FD症状改善总有效率分别为73.3%和63.3%,两组疗效相当。结论百乐眠胶囊治疗FD伴焦虑患者疗效显著、安全性高、依从性好。ABSTRAGT：OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of Bailemian capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD） accompanied with anxiety. METHODS 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups：Bailemian cap- sule group （n = 30 ） treated with Bailemian capsule and Deanxit group （n = 30 ） with Deanxit for one month. Clinical efficacy was assessed with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） . RESULTS After one-monthtreatment, scores of the SAS of both two groups significantly reduced（P 〈 0.01 ）, total effective rate of anxiety improvement were 73.3 % and 63.3 % respectively, Clinical efficacies were equivalent. CONCLUSION Bailemian capsule has significant effectiveness, high safety and well compliance in the treatment of FD accompanied with anxiety.
