摘　　要：癫痫是临床疑难疾病,为从中医药治疗找寻理论依据。本文笔者结合临床体会论述了癫痫以痰风上扰为主的发病机制,治法是化痰熄风为主,处方以"半夏白术天麻汤"加减调理。Epilepsy is a difficult clinical disease. To look for the theoretical basis of medical treatment, the author discusses his clinical experience and find the pathogenesis epilepsy is wind disturbance on sputum, therapy is elimination of ephlegm and wind, main prescription is addition and subtraction of ＂Banxiabaizhutianma soup＂.
