摘　　要：目的 :研究射干中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法 :采用正交试验法进行优选 ,紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量。结果 :提取时间、乙醇用量和乙醇浓度对提取有非常显著性和显著性影响。结论 :最佳提取工艺为药材 8倍量 80 %乙醇 ,每次提取 90min。Objective: To study the extraction process for the total flavones of Rhizoma Belamcandae. Methods: The optimum extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design. The content of total flavones was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The significant effects of extraction time, alcohol amont and concentration on the extraction of total flarones were discovered. Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is as follows: adding 8times amount of 80% alcohol into Chinese medical meterials, and extracting for 90min each time.
